CR-10 BMG/Regular extruder mount

I needed a solution to attach the trianglelab BMG/regular extruder without hitting the lead screw on my CR 10 printer, so I designed this mount to solve that issue and enable me to use the regular extruder for multiple purposes. Additionally, I incorporated cable mounts into this design to keep them away from prints. Please print this with ABS as PLA will become soft due to overheating motors during high-temperature or long prints. Note that my print settings are tailored for my printer and may not be suitable for yours, since I've increased my nozzle size to 1mm and occasionally print at 1.5mm. Feel free to use your own settings in place of mine. Please note that version 9 is designed specifically for the BMG extruder, while version 11 supports both BMG and regular extruders.
