For those who would like to thank me for the work done... My PayPal... Thanks! https://paypal.me/hebign3D A new belt tensioner for CREALITY CR-10... It's a version of a model taken from Thingiverse, that of Cornely_Cool which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2869114/files I modified it so that my bed could go to the maximum forward in order to use all the surface area of my bed, because with my old belt tensioner, the bed wheels touched the tensioner and prevented it from going all the way. I struggled a lot to modify it since the author designed it under SolidWorks, and honestly, Sketchup is really not up to par, which caused me a lot of trouble in getting what I wanted. This version can use the original Creality pulley, personally I use a threaded pulley with a 3mm hole that puts the belt right in the axis of its fixing to the bed, your call... For the fixation, an M4 screw of 10mm is sufficient with a T-Nut. This tensioner fits into the profile 2040, the tolerances (0.18mm) at the time of fitting are very reduced, personally I had to tap it a bit to fit it in but I printed everything in PETG with a layer height of 0.15 and 100% infill which I think changes a little bit the tolerances. Same thing for the central piece that receives the pulley, I had to file it a bit on the periphery because it didn't go in, but nothing bad... To know that for this version, I did not modify the central piece, nor the screw cap, nor the central part of the body where the central piece slides, I left everything just as it was, I just added the system of fitting to the profile 2040 and moved the fixation by screw, so don't blame me for the tolerances... There you go, don't forget to give your opinion or a little "LIKE"... It doesn't hurt and is always nice...
