UPDATE 2019/04: I have added a new version of the tensioner part, Creality CR-10_X Belt Tensioner_Hebign.stl. This updated part is more durable and has less play for the pulley. I've also modified the imprint to match the screw head on one side and the hexagonal nut on the other. Personally, I print this with a +0.2mm dimensional adjustment in S3D and a -0.2mm adjustment for the screw, which significantly reduces play and prevents the screw from coming loose due to high belt tension. I've modified it so it can engage with the 2020 profile without interfering with the X-axis support. The tolerance is as usual, 0.18mm, printed at 0.15 with 100% infill in PETG. It engages firmly and holds well. Note that I only modified the part that fits into the 2020 profile and ensured the X-axis support screw doesn't interfere. I left the rest of the design as is since it's already quite nice compared to what's available for CR10s. Upon printing, I noticed a considerable play in the pulley imprint, but it wasn't a major issue. I didn't see fit to make any adjustments. With this version, the X-axis carriage no longer hits my old tensioner's screw. What a relief! As always, remember to properly calibrate your extrusion multiplier or EStep setting; otherwise, there's only a 1 in 10 chance of it fitting correctly. Your comments and "likes" are welcome!
