CR-10 Bed Screw Z-Offset Shim

This is primarily for the CR-10: to create some extra space between the bed platform and screw knobs, so print four of them for each corner. I had to use it after removing the foil/foam from mine while doing the following mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPuGmoH4aGA isn't necessary on every CR-10 model. It has a cutout where the bed spring rests in. It's best to use ABS or PET-G as the bed temperature could cause the plastic to warp if using PLA. Additionally, you can use cork to separate the piece from the bed and possibly mitigate heat transfer to the piece itself. There is a specific piece included if you are using cork.
