CR-10 Bed Elevators Serie
thingiverse
My CR-10S has a small problem that's causing some issues with its Z axis movement. When the X beam slides down, the right carriage lower edge starts to rest against the second motor support just before the left carriage lower edge triggers the Z end switch. This tilts the X beam slightly, making it lose its horizontal alignment along part of its Z axis trajectory. To fix this problem, I designed and printed adjustable spacers with different heights - 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm. These spacers can be installed under the bed to adjust its elevation at minimum position. By testing each spacer model, you can find the perfect height that suits your needs.
