I couldn't get the nut to seat properly in the original remix, so I remixed it again to accept the nut DURING printing so its totally captured and wont spin easily. Stop the print at 7.24mm, insert the nut (i stick it on the end of a long m3 screw, heat it with a lighter for a second and press it in, then remove the screw) and finish the print.
