Update (3) - Improved Knobs for Enhanced Precision I upgraded the knobs to include a cut-out area where a piece of filament can be pressed-fit, allowing users to store adjustments on their phone by taking a photo. This feature is especially useful for different first-layer compressions based on various materials. A smaller and taller knob has been added, complete with a cover for protection. The new design requires only a M4 screw for installation. I made some modifications to accommodate my CR-10 with Fang, as well as my end-stop switch that wasn't fitting perfectly. To enhance precision, I included an additional knob. Similar to the original, this updated version still requires a M4 screw. However, I opted for a different M4 screw, pairing it with a nylon lock nut and two regular nuts to secure the knob in place. The notch on the knob indicates: A notch pointing up means +0.05 mm when turned clockwise (CW). A notch pointing down means -0.05 mm when turned counterclockwise (CCW). I utilize this setup by leveling my bed, then printing a bed level test. If it's not perfect, I employ baby stepping on the Z-axis and adjust the knob according to the baby step increments.
