Replace the loud fans inside the CR-10 control box with quiet 60mm ones. Secure them using the original screws, and don't forget two washers to keep the board cooling fan mount stable. You'll need to join the new fans' cables together somehow, either by wrapping electrical tape around them or using Scotchlok UY connectors.
