CR-10 40mm Fan x 2 Block Style Hotend Fangs Mount

This sturdy block style hotend fans mount is my very first design project. It necessitates an additional 40mm fan for part cooling purposes. The original 40mm fan is utilized for hotend cooling duties. Although fang-style fan mounts are excellent, they appear fragile and prone to damage. Therefore, I created this robust blocky style fan mount for my CR-10s printer to enhance its structural integrity while providing an unobstructed view of the extrusion process. The design was printed with a 1mm nozzle diameter to give it a rough appearance. For a more refined look, you can print it using the standard 0.4mm nozzle setting. It is essential to print this mount with support for overhang angles of 89 degrees or greater. However, make sure there are no supports within the internal cavities, except for the fan enclosures. Additionally, ensure that the front face is printed downwards on the hotbed during the printing process.
