3D Printing Assist: The 3D printing process demands precision and accuracy, especially when it comes to the Z-axis belt tensioner's role in synchronizing dual stepper motors during power off. Its primary function is to prevent accidental nudges on any side of the z-axis, which could lead to uneven height. This eliminates the need for pre-printing measurements of both z-axes. Moreover, the tensioner enables smooth and even movement up or down by pulling the belt to the left or right. To ensure optimal performance, it's crucial to position the belt within a 4mm - 6mm range above the CR-10 top frame. Additionally, maintaining a suitable belt tension is vital, as over-tightening could cause undue stress on both Z-axis rods.
