All you need is to print 8 of these corner braces, purchase 6 sheets of "dollar tree foam board", and 3-10ft 3/4" pvc pipes. Cost is about 25 bucks total and this is easily adapted to use a smaller CPVC pipe if you choose. I don't use foam board on the top and opted for a 1/4 sheet of plywood cut to fit so I had additional storage on top for FILAMENT. I designed screw holes into the brackets to secure the wooden top on. Making it modular was key for me because I have several machines and not all have the SD card, power switch, filament feed, and printer controls located in the same place. This works fantastic and you can create doors anywhere you want with a razor and packing tape. Simply locate where you want an access door, cut a slit where the door will hinge, then immediately tape the length of that cut. Now cut out the shape of the door and swing it open fully. While holding it open place another piece of tape along the inside of the hinge. (scotch tape or "hot glue smere" can be used on the cut edges for longevity) This is a no muss no fuss design and replacing panels only takes a single piece of foam board that costs $1... (no print supports are needed and this design does not require glue or fasteners) Everything fits together really snug but a little hot glue and packing tape can be used to better insulate and firm up the design. Fusion 360 files are included in the ZIP files Style 1 UPGRADES (Zip file): CPVC Enclosure Center Supports . Center supports added for larger enclosure and further custom features like doors, access panels, spool holders, and light bars. Variations include cross members and a stubby version. Center supports are designed to slide over CPVC into position with greater ease.
