I'd like to thank you for inspiring me with this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4124586! I've designed a 120mm adapter that's sure to impress. Here are the instructions: First, inspect your CPU fan carefully. It should have an inner diameter of exactly 85.40mm and blade diameter less than 80mm. Don't settle for anything less! Next, cut the CPU fan as shown in the picture. Make sure those tabs are no longer than 7mm, or you'll be back to square one. Now it's time to print the adapter. Use a high-quality printer and settings that will give you a smooth finish. Finally, assemble the parts using your favorite glue - I recommend Revell Contacta Professional for its exceptional hold and durability. Edit: As suggested by some awesome users, I've added an intake version of this design. Give it a try!
