This mitten is designed to divert excess air and the "anti-panic" from cpap machines used to prevent apneas. Since sleeping with a partner can be quite bothersome when blowing excess air, especially in winter, this should be helpful. By the way, I made 8 holes of 1.5 mm, but you can make more or less as needed.
