CPAP Sleigh Bed clamp with rubber band option
thingiverse
UPDATE v2 includes semi-circles that firmly grasp the hose clamp, ensuring a secure fit without spilling out. Rubber band mounts have been eliminated to achieve this improved design. This adapter fits standard 22mm CPAP BiPAP tubing and my sleighbed headboard perfectly - it may also work with your bed frame or you can modify it using Meshmixer or a CAD tool to suit your specific needs. STL and STEP files are included for easy modification. PETG, ABS, or Nylon might be better choices than PLA for this project, but I used Hatchbox PLA due to its readily available nature. However, I was concerned that it might break during installation, which is why I chose a more conservative approach. The clamp features a unique "hook" design that slips into the groove between slats and then snaps securely over the top, providing a snug fit. If the adapter is too large for your needs, you can use the provided "nubs" to secure a rubber band in place. This simple yet effective solution ensures a custom fit every time. When printing this adapter, consider using a 5-loop brim as it will help with adhesion and make the process easier (as seen in my CURA preview). The end of the clamp is isolated on the print bed for a while, making this feature particularly useful.
