CPAP Hose Clip in 8 Variants

<p>I saw a clip design that reminded me I needed a hose clip for my CPAP to prevent the hose from scraping the ground and making noises during my sleep. &nbsp;I keep my CPAP in my night stand drawer to minimize clutter so a hose clip on the side of my night stand makes sense.</p><p><strong>Versions Included – 2 sizes - </strong>18mm hose clip and 19mm hose clip, both with these variants:</p><ul><li>WSWN = with screw hole, with nub (keeps the hose from sliding)</li><li>NSWN &nbsp;= no screw hole, with nub (keeps the hose from sliding)</li><li>WSNN &nbsp;= with screw hole, no nub (allows the hose to slide)</li><li>NSNN &nbsp; = no screw hole, no nub (allows the hose to slide)</li></ul><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Screw hole provided is intended for an M4 flat head.</li><li>Pad size is 22 x 28mm, so you can apply double stick tape of your choice. I use a 3M VHB tape that's commonly available.</li></ul><p><strong>Recommendations:</strong></p><ol><li>PLA works well for this application</li><li>Print the clip laying on its side for maximum strength.</li><li>2 vertical walls should work fine, 12%+ gyroid infill</li><li>Due to the small contact area to the bed, you may need a brim of 2-3mm for bed adhesion.</li></ol><p>If you add this to your collection and/or download the model, please click the <strong>LIKE </strong>button and give it some <strong>STARS</strong>!</p><p>Let me know if there is another common hose diameter and I can add it here.
