CPAP Hose Clip
thingiverse
A visitor requested a CPAP Hose Guide near their bed, so I designed and tested this solution. The bore is 20mm, and the two parts come together with a paperclip bent through the hinges and clipped short. For my standard hose, it slides through smoothly with a tiny bit of clearance; if you want a tighter grip, try printing at 95% scale or packing a bit of paper or tape into the bore. This guide can be mounted with a standard size 8 screw or double-sided sticky foam. An updated version includes a clip that firmly holds the hose in place but still allows it to slide through smoothly. A rubber band can also be used to grip the hose, preventing free movement if desired. Additionally, a new hook is available, which guides the hose and stores the mask when not in use; I have it mounted on my headboard for convenience. An improved version of this hook prevents the mask from sliding off sideways, even when subjected to gentle rubbing.
