CPAP headboard clamp - swivel option
thingiverse
A swivelling clamp with extension arm to attach the hose of a CPAP machine to the headboard of a bed. This is a remix / redesign of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47244 Other parts that fit the original will fit this also. Changes to the original: The clamp part will sit much more firmly on your headboard than the original. Screw size is correct (if your printer is tuned well, otherwise reduce screw marignally in X and Y only) There is a new swivel arm that can be used, it helps a lot with having the hose where you want it. The arm will also swivel elft and right when you turn around. This way, you don't feel the tube anymore at all. The clamp part is for 22mm hoses. The version "clips" has ridges to hold the hose in the exact position you wanted. It is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:220972 with the added ridges. Original included also. Included also a hook so you can hang up your mask while not in use. Print: 1 x Bed frame clamp (for headboard thickness of up to 30mm) 1 x Tube clamp clips 2 x Pin (adjust for press fit if needed) 2 x Screw 1 x extension arm 1 x extension arm hook (optional) Print layer height 0.2 to 0.3mm. Print in orientation as provided. Print the hook and bed frame clamp with a brim for better bed adhesion. Additionally you can cut yourself some thin "washers" to put between the roation points to reduce noise when moving. I used 1mm thin felt (brown in the picture), but thin plastic should also work.
