CPAP Elbow Reworked

I spotted the elbow by jrhaggis and decided I needed one just like it for my project - a HEPA filter adapter that I'll be uploading here (4125993). I prefer to print without supports, so I gave it a redesign. Since I work with PLA and don't have TPU on hand, which jrhaggis mentioned is used to create a seal, mine will rely on a press fit. It might leak slightly, but I think any potential leakage would be incredibly microscopic. I didn't bother with post-printing operations like smoothing, as it seemed unnecessary. This is my first upload, and I'm assuming someone will lend a hand if needed.
