CPAP Blower Fan Enclosure
thingiverse
I saw [Squid116's](https://www.thingiverse.com/Squid116) CPAP blower on Reddit, and I wanted it for myself. However, I didn't want to take my CPAP mask down to my workshop where the power supplies were located. I wanted to make it have its own built-in power adapter instead. But then I didn't want bare wires that could electrocute me as I fumbled around in the morning, so I decided on an enclosure. Here's what you'll need: * [12V 1.5A AC Adapter with 5.5*2.1mm barrel connector](http://amzn.to/2yAnj8O) * [5.5*2.1mm barrel panel mounts](http://amzn.to/2ANHDcX) * [5015 blower fan](http://amzn.to/2yAcfZy) * 2x M4 nuts * 2x M4x20 bolts * Soldering Iron with solder For the nuts and bolts, I'd recommend an assortment kit such as this: [http://amzn.to/2yAiVqg](http://amzn.to/2yAiVqg) I have also added a hose adapter, which will let you attach the hose that goes to the facemask. Without the hose adapter, you can attach the hose that goes to the CPAP machine. This lets you dry either hose.
