CP40 Nozzle Holder / Changer

I'm creating a nozzle changer for OpenPnP, which involves two key components: a shim and a clip plate. The shim serves as a crucial intermediary, nestled snugly between two aluminum plates that have been expertly milled out on my Shapeoko2 machine. The clip bolts securely under the bottom plate, providing a sturdy foundation for the entire assembly. To add extra stability, I've used 20mm M3 standoffs to mount everything together. You can witness the nozzle change in action by checking out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGgQiBn6JW8 After Printing In addition to precision-milling the aluminum plates, I also took the time to sand down the "tips" slightly. This subtle touch makes it easier to insert components that are slightly off-center. How I Designed It This nozzle changer is a straightforward OpenSCAD script, while the plates themselves were designed using Librecad.
