CP215KOA Aeropod

This is an Aero Pod for the CP215KOA frame. I designed and test-printed it for use on my unibody CP215, but it should also fit the version with separate arms. The pod is designed to fit the following hardware: HS1177 FPV camera with a 2.1mm lens (17mm lens diameter), mounted at a 40° angle. Other cameras with the same case form factor should work too, such as the Foxeer HS1190 Arrow, Runcam Swift and more. 24mm high 36x36mm electronics stack, with more height available for smaller components on top (RX/VTX). Holes for USB are on both sides. TBS Unify VTX, the pigtail can be mounted to the top of the pod. Other small pigtail VTXs should fit too (eg. the ImmersionRC Tramp). Test print worked in PLA for me, but it's hard to install the camera, and it will probably die on first serious crash due to PLA's brittleness. Best to print in flexible material (TPU), then it will be pretty much indestructible. Category: R/C Vehicles
