Cozy coupe fuel cap & pump handle

A replacement fuel cap for a Cozy Coupe and a fuel pump handle are added extras that enhance playtime. Example prints in ABS, but PLA or PETG can also work well. These parts should fit most Cozy Coupes, although the two models shown in the photo have slightly different designs, yet both feature the same filler opening - results may vary. Print the lid and throat face down without supports (bridge the top of the throat as needed, but it's not crucial since you can't see it and it won't affect usability). Print the flange face up. Push the throat through the flange and secure in place with glue; the locator pin is optional, as I designed it to match the original part but found it wasn't necessary. An M5 bolt and nyloc nut are used to hold the lid on - drill a hole for an imperial alternative if needed. The pump handle halves are designed to be glued together around a standard 20mm PVC electrical conduit; I used a heat gun to soften and bend it into shape. A wooden dowel can also work, or you could print one (obviously). Enjoy! Please post a photo of your creation.
