I needed a custom cowl for my airplane, so I designed one myself and printed it with great success! You can use this design for any aircraft you like by simply scaling it up or down to fit your needs. To print a high-quality cowl like mine, follow these settings: use single-layer PLA filament, set your nozzle to 0.4 mm, and choose a slow speed for optimal results. Don't forget to enable full cooling after printing the first layer and adjust your layer height to 0.1 mm. For the best-looking front cone, print the cowl with the face facing down.
