In the early summer of 2015, Lance Moore unearthed ancient Mesolithic flint and chert material emerging from beneath a thick layer of peat on the side of Cow Green reservoir (NY 81492 29854), at an impressive height of 490 metres above sea level. Once again, Rob Young led the effort, and Tony Metcalfe's photographs served as the basis for the model created to document this remarkable find.
