Cow from a Pastoral Scene
myminifactory
A small group consisting of two cows and two seated men, though one figure is missing, appears to be connected to a massive fountain from ancient times known as Lacus Pastorum, which dates back to the Augustan Era. This monumental fountain was situated in Region III, likely south of the Trajan's Baths and east of the Colosseum, according to historical records such as Notitia Curatorum and Jordan ii. 119; Heisenberg and Jordens literature also confirms this location.
