Cow dung log making machine (Use waste material)

Conventionally, electricity, firewood, or LPG gas is used for cremation purposes. Indian people mainly rely on traditional fuel sources such as wooden logs and dried cow dung logs. Cow dung logs prove to be a more cost-effective option compared to other alternatives. As a result, the demand for cow dung logs increases. However, due to the complexity in manufacturing long logs, availability becomes a major issue. This problem has sparked innovation, leading to the development of a machine that can produce long cow-dung logs with minimal human intervention. The machine feeds a combination of dung and straw (or any agricultural waste/harvested crop residues) into its hopper. A screw mechanism within the machine mixes raw materials thoroughly, compresses them, and then extrudes them out. Using different die sizes allows for the production of logs in various shapes and sizes. Afterward, the logs are left to dry under sunlight, making them harder and more sturdy. The machine is capable of producing one log per minute and up to 50-60 logs per hour (each measuring 3 x 3 inches and 3 feet long). The logs can be cut into smaller pieces for use in "Chulla" and "Havan" purposes. With a capacity to process approximately 50-60 kg of material per hour, the machine's output may vary based on user requirements. Features: Operates easily with safety in mind. Requires minimal maintenance. Produces logs with uniform quality. Provides easy access to spare parts. Can be operated by anyone, regardless of skill level, enhancing farmers' income through the sale of value-added products.
