Traditional cremation methods often use firewood, electricity or LPG gas, but Indian people predominantly choose low-cost alternatives like wooden and dried cow dung logs. However, manufacturing long cow dung logs is difficult, leading to supply issues. To address this challenge, a machine has been developed that mixes a combination of dung and straw, compresses the mixture, and extrudes it into logs of various shapes and sizes. These logs are then sun-dried for use in cremation ceremonies. The machine produces approximately 50-60 logs per hour, each with consistent quality, and can also produce small pieces for "Chulla" or "Havan" purposes. Its low maintenance requirements make it an attractive option for farmers to sell value-added products, while its user-friendly design ensures safety during operation.
