They're watching me. I'm not sure if it's paranoia, but I feel like someone's always lurking just out of sight. I try to shake off the feeling, telling myself I'm being ridiculous. But the sensation persists, a nagging sense that I'm being monitored. I glance around the room, half-expecting to see someone hiding behind a chair or lurking in the shadows. But there's no one there. Just me, alone with my thoughts. Or am I? It's hard to tell what's real and what's just my imagination playing tricks on me. Maybe I've been watching too many movies where the main character is being stalked by a mysterious figure. Or maybe something more sinister is at play. I shake my head, trying to clear it. I need to focus on the task at hand. Whatever it is that's going on, I'm not going to let it get to me. I'm in control here.
