Possible prehistoric carving unearthed just south of the Cow and Calf on Rombalds Moor, West Yorkshire. This boulder sits conveniently next to a well-trodden path and is referenced IAG304 in Boughey & Vickerman's 2003 publication 'Prehistoric Rock Art of the West Riding'. They describe: 'Small rock, with one clear cup.' The CSI: Rombalds Moor project referenced the stone 'Cow and Calf 01' on ERA in 2013. Historic England listing can be found at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1012838. ERA info is available at https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/details.jsf?eraId=2410. A model was created from a single stereo pair captured by Dave Spencer & Anne Gill (CSI team) in November 2011. The imagery forms part of the HLF funded CSI: Rombalds Moor / Watershed Landscape Project archive deposited with ERA/ADS.
