Cow - Agricola - animeeple

Board gaming becomes a thrilling experience when you can craft your own game pieces, adding a personal touch to the gameplay. I wanted to create animeeples with more intricate details to bring my Agricola games to life. To achieve this, I took the Cow model and modified it to suit my needs. I divided the Cow model in half, redesigned its legs, and mirrored the geometry to give it a unique appearance. Next, I remixed the design and printed the animeeples at 33% of their original size. Due to their tiny stature, I made adjustments to the leg design, ensuring they were sturdy enough to withstand gameplay. Fortunately, even the ears printed flawlessly, adding an extra layer of realism to my game pieces. To showcase the supports used in the print, take a look at the .x3g code, which includes four cows and four sheep. Printing them upside down and closely together helped me achieve a successful print.
