Since the outbreak began, a major question has been how to protect the face from potentially virus-carrying saliva droplets. Our design team chose to improve on classic visors available on the market. The challenge was: - easy to disinfect & surface non-porous, removable device - durable & reusable - comfortable for the user & lightweight - perfect visibility & transparent material - local production in our workshop at #Lyon We are currently in R&D phase and have completed a first prototype of an integrated anti-projectile visor for which we are looking for beta-testers. Of course, this is not a solution to replace individual respiratory protective masks (of the type FFP2). The frame is cut out by laser in 5mm thick PMMA (Acrylic) and any transparent plastic sheet (Acetate, PET, PETG, PVC, etc) less than 0.6 mm thick will suffice for the visor.
