TPU max speed 30mm/s PLA max speed 120mm/s No support needed. I Components The components that enable the project's realization are entirely described in the presentation deck and here we will limit ourselves to summarily describing their main features. Face Mask in TPU: It serves as the main body, covering nose and mouth. Available in three sizes (small, medium, and large). TNT Filter Ports: Present in two variants, allowing the accommodation of filtering material inside and permitting airflow only through the filter membrane. Unidirectional Valves: Allow airflow in one direction, improving filter durability and enabling more comfortable mask use. Adapter for Hygrobac S Filter: Enables the use of the electrostatic Hygrobac S filter to purify incoming air into the face mask. Nose Strip and Elastics: Enable correct placement of the mask. Assembly Mask assembly, better described visually in the presentation deck at the dedicated section, consists of three phases: assembling the face mask, assembling the filter, and assembling the unidirectional valve. These operations require only cotton thread to properly sew the components together. How to Wear Although it is recommended to follow visual instructions, the following paragraph explains how to correctly wear the mask: Place the mask over nose and mouth and tie the upper elastic strap passing it over your ears. Then, tie the lower elastic strap above your head, making sure it passes behind your ears. Finally, tighten the nose strip so that no air escapes between the mask and nasal fins. Note: The mask is worn correctly if a vacuum effect is generated during inspiration and airflow should pass exclusively through designated openings. If this does not occur, ensure proper assembly procedures were followed and the mask was put on correctly. If the issue persists, consider using a different size mask.
