We're creating a faceguard for COVID-19. This project beats out the time it takes to produce something with a 3D printer. With a laser cutter, you can make a headband in just one minute and thirty seconds or a shield in twenty seconds flat. The material we're using is MDF 5.5mm and a transparent plate that's less than one millimeter thick at 240mm x 240mm.
