New Model Covid19 Face Shield Hole Punch V1.1 Modified the RC2 printed face shield to enable cutting on a CNC router. Crafted from 1/4" Polycarbonate, paired with 1/8" up cut O-Flute at 100 ipm and 22000rpm. Version 1.1 requires only two depth cuts: one leaves an onion skin, the second cuts through, leaving only tabs. Cut time averages about 1.5 minutes per cut.
