New Model: Covid19 Face Shield Hole Punch V1.1 I created a version of this mask for use on a CNC router, utilizing 0.25" thick Polycarbonate and cutting with a 0.125" up-cut O-flute bit at 100 inches per minute and 22,000 RPM. I made three depth cuts: one to cut the perimeter above the steps on the tab (optional), two to cut leaving an onion skin at 0.02" thick, and three to make the final through cut, leaving only tabs.
