After printing petercote's COVID Vaccine Card Protector Case: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4810854, I found it was a little big, so I made a smaller one to fit the CDC's 3"x4" card format. This can be printed as one piece or as separate pieces and glued together. I prefer the solid piece printed with the opening up and with no supports.
