Thermal Folded Mask - Storm Trooper Theme Inspired by Copper3D, fully remodeled. In the wake of this pandemic sweeping the globe, I find myself with a lot more tinker time on my hands than usual. With medical-grade masks in high demand right now, 3D printing them is an obvious choice to many. Clearly, this mask won't offer the same level of protection as a certified N95 mask, but it's a great way for healthy people to help take some pressure off the supply and keep busy! In combination with 3M furnace filters rated for viruses and bacteria, you can create a quick and easy Star Wars-themed mask that will make your friends laugh and maybe even feel a little envious. I wish I could do more, but this is the best I can think of right now besides staying safe at home. Be safe everyone! Then, thread the caps onto the mask to maintain its integrity and use hot water to bend it into shape, like a cast. If you make a mistake, just re-dip the mask or decals in hot water and try again. No support is needed for the mask itself, but it's recommended for the cap unless you're willing to torture-test it and bridge cleanly.
