COVID Pandemic Mask Pre-Filter

I designed this pressure-fit pre-filter for popular pandemic masks. It simply presses into place, effectively resisting liquid flow while allowing airflow. Initially, it was created in a standard male size but can easily be resized to fit other mask types if needed. I've included both the standard male mask and filter, as well as a sample file that prints at 30mm x 30mm, ensuring precise printer settings due to its small details. The original Solidworks file is also available for easy customization if required. To create my pre-filter setup, I press three layers of MERV 13-rated filters in place, achieving decent airflow and breathability.
