COVID MASK with EXHAUST FLAP, FACE SHIELD attachment

This is a modified version with an added exhaust vent for effortless exhaling, allowing me to breathe more naturally. I scaled down the original mask by 10% to achieve a snugger fit on my face. I utilize EVA foam as a sealing gasket around the inner edge of the mask. The exhaust vent requires a thin piece of foam or rubber attached to only one side - this serves as a flapper valve that seals when inhaling and opens when exhaling due to air pressure differences. It's essential to sand the perimeter of the exhaust vent to ensure a flat surface for the flapper to rest on. The face shield attachment posts can be cut to size if desired, allowing me to position the acetate closer to my face. EVA strips are 1.5cm wide and can be easily trimmed to fit specific needs.
