Covid Mask Strap Clip

At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic I purchased a set of tailor-made masks and these still are quite serviceable. After many times in the washing machine, the 1/4” elastic is starting to stretch. I designed these Strap Clips to regain tension and to provide adjustment. The following versions of the Strap Clip are included: 8mm v03 - for 1/4” wide elastic, basic design 8mm v04 - for 1/4” wide elastic, self-locking design 16mm v03 - for 1/2” wide elastic, basic design 16mm v04 - for 1/2” wide elastic, self-locking design Due to the fine detail on the gripping teeth, ideally print the Strap Clip using a resin printer. Supports are not required. Alternatively, a filament printer may be used. Supports are not required. Use at least 25% infill, preferably 100% infill. The Covid Mask Strap Clip was designed in ViaCAD.
