Covid mask "PROFI" VERSION , Hepa filter 25nanometers - with 3 vents
grabcad
Hi again, as promised , here's the "PROFI" version of my previous upload. This version keeps the Hepa filter dry all day because the mask uses one intake vent and two output vents - so air flow is driven exactly how it should be. To complete it you need to: 1) print all STLs; 2) glue the filter body onto the mask; 3) glue the two output vent housings onto the mask (one on each side); 4) insert three vents from Decathlon (sold as a spare kit with three vents for $2.7 USD here in CZ); you need to mount one vent from inside of the mask, and two vents from the outer side of the vent holders; 5) buy sealing diameter 8mm for sheet metal (with rib), mount and glue it onto the mask edge; 6) buy rubber lines to hold the whole system on your head; 7) buy a Hepa filter for an accumulator vacuum cleaner (same as previous upload). Cleaning the filter: 1) use UV-C lamp to desinfect; 2) use ozone/plasma air ventilator from home infa sauna (for example); 3) use another way of your best disinfection (don't use liquid to not open 25nm holes to bigger!). All is tested and working! Enjoy. Comments are welcomed. Radek
