I've adapted the cups for the mask already, just in case you need more at this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4313913. The mask is highly customizable and can be printed without any support material needed. This covid19 mask buckle prints out in 20 minutes and is extremely durable. To get the best results, I recommend printing it with 20% infill and skipping the lower layers entirely. For the hooks, a separate slicing process at 100% should give you the desired outcome.
