Please take a look at my GitHub repository located here: https://github.com/Spo-ck. This project was designed to simplify the process of securing community masks with long straps. By utilizing this device, users can now quickly secure their mask straps without having to tie knots. This eliminates the need for manual knotting. The fastener is specifically tailored for masks with 1mm thick straps, resulting in 2mm wide slots. However, since strap widths vary between different masks, I have created models for 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm wide straps. If your mask's straps are thicker or wider, you can easily scale the model up or down. It is essential to use 100% infill settings when printing this fastener to ensure its structural integrity remains intact.
