I Designed a Versatile Covid Mask Featuring a Nano Fiber Filter Treated with Colloidal Silver. I Modeled the Design, Printed it on a 3D Printer, and Created an Elastic Two-Piece Mold. I Poured PU Elastomer into the Mold, Which Can Also Be Replaced with Casting Silicone. The Result Is a Highly Flexible, Chemically Resistant Mask That Can Be Disinfected in Every Way Possible, and Above All, It Fits Perfectly and Remains Flexible Due to Each Face's Unique Shape.
