NEW: Just added Kids and Toddlers sizes! PLEASE NOTE that it is NOT recommended to put a mask on a child less than 2 years old. DISCLAIMER: These masks are not medical grade; use at your own risk, following social distancing protocols with or without a mask. These masks feature a design allowing a circle of material, like a makeup removal pad or cut-out cloth, to be placed between the front opening and lid. This is then screwed on tightly to hold filter material in place - don't wear without some form of filter. Print the main mask in a flexible material if possible; I had success with Paramount Flex PLA. If rigid, print at low heat, soften edges, and smush into face as it cools for a better fit. Both pieces are intended to print without supports. This design is a re-design of Joan_Pujades' mask, simplified from various pieces that proved difficult to assemble. I traced everything in Fusion 360, including a Fusion file for easy editing going forward. EDIT: Added a version of the lid using less material while maintaining strength. EDIT 2: Five new versions of the mask were added - one with slight design changes and four re-sizes of the narrow-nose design to address concerns about gaps around the nose.
