UPDATE 07/04/2020: Keeping policy in uniform state is a good solution for those who need it. It's not surprising that wearing a uniform cap without issues is possible. Stay safe, and if you stay safe, everyone stays safe - the army, police, and all others. https://youtu.be/z4y72HGESrQ UPDATE 04/04/2020: Both versions work perfectly fine. Use either one with broche_v2. UPDATE 04/04/2020: I've added clipfrontal2.stl and cliplateral2.stl, which modify earlier versions to make the circular fastener insertion easier. Big thanks to Juan Manuel Franco, a mechanical engineering graduate, who made those mods. UPDATE 01/04/2020: I've added broche_v2 with a bigger hole for easier clip entry. Use your standard printer settings... Print two lateral pieces and only one front piece, along with three circular fasteners. Fasteners should have the logo at the bottom for better results. Step files are included. I recommend placing the frontal piece first on a PVC or acetate sheet, making a central top hole in it. Then bend it to one side of the visor and mark it with a pen. Bend without bending the center of the sheet to coincide both far sides of the sheet and mark the symmetrical other side. Make lateral holes and attach one lateral clip on each. That's all... NOTE 1: It can be a bit challenging to put in circular fasteners, which makes the shield more securely fixed. I recommend pressing one side while holding the other side at the same time (in a vertical way). A video will soon be uploaded (I'm trying, but Thingiverse is lagging badly and won't start uploading). NOTE 2: Use this at your own risk.
