Covid-19 Vaccine Card Holder

This Covid vaccine card holder is designed to carry around your vaccine card safely in your pocket. It's rigid material allows the card to remain in good condition, even after multiple activities, such as sitting or running, that could bend the card if left unprotected. It uses a simple sliding mechanism to allow the card to be placed inside, and it has a small tab at the end to help keep the two pieces together. This is my first working prototype. I already see some areas for improvement that I hope this design inspires. For instance, future versions of this could include smoother corners to avoid scratching anything in the same pocket. Also, while the card remains safe, the area in the middle of the cover will bow if overstuffed in your pocket with too many other things, such as a large wallet. With this in mind, I hope this design inspires improved versions or even new designs.
