COVID-19 "Sweden" Visor (Bulk Print Remix)

<h3> Summary</h3> <p>This is a remix from the great "Swedish" face shield <a href="https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/">3D-PRINTED PROTECTIVE VISOR by 3DVERKSTAN</a>.</p> <p>Two main benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Bulk print friendly (x3, x4 at a time)</li> <li><p>Small printer friendly (eg. Makerbot/Flashforge) This remix splits the model into 3 pieces and adds joints. This design doesn't change overall dimensions of the visor, so the plastic sheet can be attached exactly same way as the original.</p> <h3>Models (North America 6-hole version)</h3> <p>This is derived from <a href="https://github.com/Cederb/Faceshield.nu/tree/master/North%20America%206-hole">their US 6-hole version</a></p> <p>Please print these. This has wider gap 0.2mm that was 0.1mm by default.</p> </li> <li><p>CV4 Europe 0.2mm vxx Front.stl</p> <h3>Notes for further remixes</h3> <p>I've uploaded Fusion360 native files including the joint (PushJoint).<br/> Basically you need to make a hole that is 10.1 mm x 10 mm.</p> <ol> <li>Import their original STL file and convert to BRep, then scale to 0.1. Delete redundant triangle surfaces for faster processing. Derive it to another for enabling timeline. Use this derived model as the starting point.</li> <li>Make a 10 mm x 10 mm hole on the frame body, eg. left side.</li> <li>Split the frame by using the left edge of the hole.</li> <li>Lower the left edge surface down for 0.1mm. Ths will create a joint reference (lazy way!).</li> <li>Joint the male/female joints onto the frame by targeting the bottom center of both corresponding surfaces.
