The large 80+Mb files are high-res, the smaller 1Mb+ is low-res.Structure source: 7byr (Xie lab); contains a human antibody bound to one of the spike protein RBD domains. The structure is about 160 angstroms long which Inventor by default shows as 160 inches long.Colored structures: antibody chains are shown in yellow and brown. Green, blue, and purple are three separate copies of Spike protein. The membrane-embedded part is not a part of this, and I do not think there is a structure of it yet.
