an attempt to design a sars cov 2 based on sphere and 62 M4 bolt. Of course is not a replica, but the aim is to have something closely resembling the original based on available pictures. As a friend said, looks like a medieval weapon: and a weapon it is, I would say. After printing, make sure the holes on the lower end are free of material to ensure proper distance of the inserted bolts. Glue the bolt with any glue of your choice. The holes accommodate easily the M4 bolt. the sphere is 54.83 mm in diameter. final 76 with bolt https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqPz3NSiRyk -added the version with threaded holes, if you don't like gluing.(M4 bolt) Gluing is much faster, be warned. -aded the version with pentakis dodecahedron, no thread.
